Centrally located, 22 Greencoat Place is minutes walking distance from Victoria mainline and underground station, St. James's park is also nearby with Westminster and Vauxhall a few minutes further walk. We are well served by bus routes and also have the advantage of on-site parking spaces.
Top class facilities
Located on a quiet street in SW1, the SOE building has access to its own fenced-off courtyard – ideal for taking a breather. The rooms for hire are comfortable and climate controlled with natural light. Meeting rooms are fully accessible and room hire includes high speed Wi-Fi and flip charts as required, at no extra charge.
Modern AV and Catering options
Not only do all our rooms have state of the art AV, which can be included or not, depending on your requirements we also have options for you to cater to your attendees. We can arrange everything from teas and coffees, to a buffet lunch or networking canapes.
